HOW DOES IT WORK

When your lease is approved you go to the vendor or supplier of your choice and choose the type of equipment that you need. You determine the price, the specs. the delivery date and all installation and service arrangements.

You have the vendor provide us with a complete listing of the equipment and you have a purchase order sent to the vendor. When the vendor delivers, installs, and you are completely satisfied that you received what you ordered, you will sign a Delivery and Acceptance Certificate that allows and instructs Municipal Asset Management, Inc. to pay the vendor. Actually it's not much different than paying cash. We don't pay the vendor until you confirm delivery and installation. You are always in control.
