Inside Section 1 15 Year Terms Available If your fire department or police department is
considering a new building we suggest that you allow us to give you a
quote for the fire station financing. Many times it makes more economic sense
and it is less expensive to lease purchase a building for a fire station
than issuing bonds
to finance the project. If you plan repayment terms of 5 to
15 years or
less let us give you a financing quote for your new fire station or police
station or for the expansion or renovation of your fire station. If you plan to acquire a modular building we can
even offer you an operating lease. that will lower your payment and
allow you to decide at the end of the lease term to keep the building
and pay a modest final payment or, release the building on an
annual basis or if you have no further need for the structure to walk
away from it. If your needs are temporary, or if you need a
stop-gap solution this may be a good approach because you only pay for
the use of the building while you need it. The removal of the building
would not be your responsibility.
